My Personal Hudson Favorites

  1. San Pedro Cafe: If you're in the mood for a more laid-back experience, San Pedro offers flavorful Caribbean themed dishes in a relaxed setting. They’re known for their margaritas and great service, plus they have vegetarian and gluten-free options. It is hard to pick a bad meal or drink off of their menu.
  2. Pier 500: One of my favorite places to eat if I am looking for good food with a great view. The restaurant is located right on the St. Croix River. You can enjoy your delicious meal while looking out at the St. Croix River. In the winter they have these what look like cute snow globes you can eat in outside that are heated. They have a more high-end food and cocktail menu ranging from lobster mac and cheese or a burger to a steak or prime rib.
  3. Agave: A fantastic spot if you're craving fresh, flavorful, and bold southwestern cuisine. It has a cozy, inviting atmosphere with a lively vibe—perfect for everything from casual dinners to celebratory nights out. The menu features a variety of dishes inspired by Mexican and southwestern flavors, and they use locally sourced ingredients when possible. From tacos to enchiladas to creative margaritas, there's something to suit a wide range of tastes.
  4. Post American Eatery: Is located in a historical post office. A cozy and upscale restaurant with a great menu that features steaks, seafood, and seasonal options. Their wine list is solid, and they often have fun cocktails. It's perfect for a special night out or a casual meal.
  5. Knoke's Chocolates: Not a restaurant but... another local gem! It’s a family-owned chocolate shop that has been around for years. Known for its high-quality, hand-crafted chocolates and candies, it’s a must-visit if you have a sweet tooth. Their truffles and caramels are particularly popular, and they make for a great gift or a treat to enjoy yourself.
